Visit the 2026 Wichita Fall Parade of Homes

Mark your calendars for the new construction homes showcase at the 2026 Fall Wichita Parade of Homes. Explore new homes, get inspired for your custom build, and interact with the builders.

The Parade of Homes will be:

  • September 19-20, 2026

  • September 26-27, 2026

  • October 3-4, 2026

The Parade this year features 117 new homes by 41 builders in 60 different new home communities. Robl Building Co. has three homes featured in the fall parade, which we’ll dig into a little more below.

What is the Wichita Parade of Homes?

Held each spring and fall, the Parade of Homes is a signature event put on by the Wichita Area Builders Association, featuring a series of open-house weekends spotlighting a hand-picked lineup of homes from builders across the area. This showcase gives an inside look at the freshest, most impressive projects currently shaping Wichita's new-construction scene.

One of the biggest advantages of touring the Parade of Homes is the sheer variety you get to experience in a short amount of time. Rather than relying on photos or floor plan sketches, you get to physically walk through different layouts, see how spaces flow together, and get a real feel for square footage and room proportions.

This is especially valuable if you're planning to build a custom home. Instead of starting from a blank slate, you can walk through a dozen or more finished homes. Maybe one home has a mudroom layout that solves your family's shoe-and-backpack chaos. Another could showcase a primary suite layout with a closet-to-bathroom flow you hadn't even considered.

Beyond layouts, the Parade of Homes is also a great way to explore finishes in person, from cabinet styles, countertop materials, flooring options, lighting fixtures, and trim details. Seeing these choices installed in a real home with lighting and staged furniture gives you a much clearer sense of what will actually suit your taste than a small sample swatch.
