Once you’re ready to move forward, a small deposit (100% credited back to your build) officially starts the design phase. As your custom new home builder, Andy works directly with you to create unique floor plans (interior layout of your home) and elevations (the exterior views and positioning of your new home on the build site). In 2026, we are seeing a shift toward "character-rich" designs: think warm neutrals, natural wood accents, and flexible multi-use rooms. We ensure your home reflects these modern trends while staying true to your personal style.

With a finalized floor plan and a comprehensive list of essentials, we provide a detailed, customized proposal that aligns perfectly with your vision for your new home. Your choices are seamlessly integrated into your home on the portal with associated costs revealed up front, fostering a transparent and informed home building experience.

After permits are secured, construction begins under the expert eye of our superintendent, Scott. As a leading home builder in Wichita, KS, we maintain strict quality control, scheduling and open communication throughout the construction phase. You’ll also work with our selection specialist to choose the finishes that turn a house into a home. Our experienced team is ready to answer any questions that happen, plus you can track every milestone by using our BuilderTrend online portal.
